Facilitate with us.
We’re building a team of facilitators who help IT professionals and people around tech speak English with confidence. If you teach, coach conversation, work with language, or speak English natively — we’d love to hear from you.
Open rolesWho we’re looking for
Teachers, coaches, language specialists, and native speakers — different backgrounds, one shared goal: get people talking.
Teachers
You know how to structure a session, read a room, and help learners move from hesitation to speech — without turning the club into a classroom.
Conversation coaches
You focus on spoken English: fluency, confidence, and real-life communication — mock interviews, role play, and guided discussion.
Language specialists
ESL teachers, linguists, and language professionals who can give clear, practical feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary in context.
Native speakers
You bring natural rhythm, idioms, and cultural nuance — and you’re comfortable facilitating small groups in a supportive, shame-free space.
Run live sessions
Facilitate speaking clubs online and in person — IT conversations, mock interviews, games, and short presentations with prompt cards and randomizers.
Corrections, not lectures
Give live notes on what to fix next — pronunciation, structure, vocabulary — without stopping every sentence. Keep the energy up and the room talking.
English only, shame-free
Mistakes are expected. Respect is non-negotiable. You help people grow in English and in professional connections — in a space they trust.
